About Robin
I qualified in nursing in Germany and spent more than ten years supporting people in their own homes there. In Australia I work as a support worker rather than a registered nurse, so this is not clinical care. What the training does mean is that I notice changes early, I stay calm when a day goes sideways, and I am comfortable around dementia, depression, bipolar disorder and other physical and mental health conditions.
It also means that experience comes as part of your ordinary support hours. What I enjoy most is the one‑on‑one time: a good conversation, a job done together, an outing that gets someone out of the house. I am passionate about helping people keep their independence and enjoy life to the fullest.
I am 40 and a dad, and I live here in Bellingen with my daughter. Away from work I like cooking, gardening, camping and making things. I am flexible with my availability, and I turn up with kindness, respect and a positive attitude.
How I can help
Every plan looks different. Tell me what matters to you and we will work out what support actually looks like week to week.
Getting out to the places, groups and people you enjoy.
Driving you to appointments, activities and errands.
Groceries, appointments and the small jobs that pile up.
Keeping the home comfortable and the way you like it.
Meals made together, or prepared and ready for later.
Good conversation and time that is genuinely yours.
Time in the garden and fresh air, at your own pace.
Building everyday skills so you can do more yourself.
Children and young people
I support children and teenagers as well as adults, working alongside parents and carers so the week fits around school, therapy and family life.
Cooking, gardening, art and making things together.
Practising conversation, taking turns and handling new places.
Parks, the pool, the library and local clubs and groups.
Support through the afternoons and the long school breaks.
Transport to activities, therapy and appointments.
A few hours where someone else is fully on.
Good support starts with respect, patience and trust, and with taking the time to get to know each person.Robin, Bello Pathways

Get in touch
The easiest start is a phone call. I am happy to meet first with no obligation, so you can see whether I am the right fit. Family members and support coordinators are welcome to call on someone's behalf.
